The Development Review Board holds hearings and makes recommendations to the Village Board regarding development applications.
These include applications for planned development permits (projects of 20,000 square feet or more) and site plan review permits (projects between 10,000 and 20,000 square feet). Meets as needed on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.
