Project Description
The developer proposed to remove the existing parking lot at 1101 Bonnie Brae and multi-family building at 1111 Bonnie Brae and construct a new townhome development.

- Village Technical Committee Review - January 22, 2020
- Development Review Board Public Hearing & Recommendation - A public hearing was held on March 5 (public hearing notice), May 7 (courtesy notice), June 18, and July 16. After deliberating, the DRB voted 5-2 to recommend that to the Village Board of Trustees that the project be approved with conditions. The DRB adopted its Findings of Fact and recommendation on August 20, 2020.
- Village Board of Trustees Final Consideration - The Village Board of Trustees considered the DRB's recommendation at its September 14, 2020 meeting (notice). The Village Board voted unanimously not to approve the proposed planned development.
