- Introduction to the Village Board of Trustees - November 27, 2017
- Development Review Board Pre-Filing Meeting - April 19, 2018
- Neighbor Meeting - April 26, 2018 and July 17, 2018
- Application Submittal - A complete application is available at the Village Hall for public inspection or can be downloaded. Due to the size of the document it has been divided into sections: Section 1, Section 2, Section 3, Section 4, Section 5, Section 6, Section 7
- Village Technical Committee Review - Comments from staff were incorporated into the meeting packet for the public hearing (see below).
- Development Review Board Public Hearing - A public hearing was held August 30 and September 6, 2018. At the September 6 continued public hearing the DRB voted to recommend to the Village Board of Trustees that this project be approved with certain conditions. The DRB adopted Findings of Fact at its September 20, 2018 meeting.
- Village Board of Trustees Final Consideration - The Village Board considered the DRB's recommendation at its October 15, 2018 meeting and voted unanimously to approve the project.
