The River Forest Police Department is pleased to announce the graduation of Officer Rachel Spears from the Chicago Police Department Metro Academy on January 26, 2018. Officer Spears began her career with the Department on August 31, 2017 and attended the twenty-one week Police Academy. Officer Spears holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Louisville and received her Bachelor’s Degree from Missouri State University.
