River Forest Police responded to a home in the 900 block of Franklin on January 4, 2018 to a call for a residential burglary. The resident was not home at the time and evidence shows forced entry at multiple doors.
The River Forest Police Department wants to remind you to:
- Lock the doors and windows to your home
- Utilize your alarm and camera systems
- Keep valuables out of sight from windows and doors
- Record serial numbers for electronics and photograph jewelry/valuables
- Report suspicious activity to River Forest Police via 911 or 708-366-7125
