On April 5th, 2019 at 6:03pm near the Bonnie Brae/Quick Avenue intersection, Jason L. Ayers pulled alongside a female jogger in the above vehicle. Ayers complimented the victim’s appearance then attempted to convince the victim to enter his vehicle. The victim refused to enter the van several times before Ayers drove away. Ayers was identified and arrested the same day for Disorderly Conduct. Ayers was convicted for a similar offense involving a female victim that occurred in 2014.
