The Village will be hosting an information meeting regarding a North Avenue TIF for residents EAST of Lathrop on Thursday, February 22nd at 7:00 pm at Village Hall.
Before we start the formal process of creating the TIF district, the Village is hosting a series of meetings to explain in more detail the purpose of a TIF district as well as answer any questions or concerns you might have.
